How We Work
Here is how the process works.
Every website is custom designed with you. I prefer to use e-mail for all communications because it is much more efficient and cost effective. This also allows both of us to keep track of our progress. I work exclusively by e-mail and on line.
I DO NOT DO MEETINGS! (unless absolutely necessary)
I am also available for phone consultation and have worked remotely with most of my clients for several years with no problems using this approach. I have found that this method allows me to offer the best prices possible to you.

PLANNING YOUR WEB SITE
If you need help planning your website, use our website planning worksheet to guide you.
FREE DEMO SITE
Once you send me your information I will put together a FREE, NO OBLIGATION, DEMO SITE for you to preview. This will allow you to see what your web site will look like on the Internet. At this time I will also give you a written quote with the cost of developing your web site.
When you are happy with the design I will ask you to sign an on line contract and make payment. Once payment is received I will proceed with your your web site design, register the domain name and set up web hosting for your site.
Payments are made annually and everything is included in the price. Domain name registration, web site hosting, and *unlimited updates when you need them. We do not just design your web site and then forget about you, we will always be here to assist you and keep your site updated.

TERMS
FREE Demo Site will stay on my web server for no longer than 30-days. If you do not want to continue after that we will say goodbye.
Payment is due in full when you approve the demo site. Once payment is received we will register your domain name, set up web hosting services and complete your website. This usually takes 3-5 business days.
After your website is live on the Internet we will submit it to major search engines.

*Unlimited updates means regular changes to web site within reason. Editing text or adding/removing information -- minor changes. Up to four hours per month will be considered minor changes. If work requires more than four hours then it is not a minor change. This will be considered a major overhaul and billed at the rate of $25.00 per hour for every hour more than the four hours.
